CROW FAIR Girls in traditional dress on horseback; with the coat decorated with elk teeth (synthetic invoices latest) in the Indian tradition; the horse is richly decorated or painted as the knight. The Crow Fair is held every year on the third week of August on the land surrounding the Little Big Horn; near Billings; Montana; and includes Native Americans of all tribes of the Great Plains.
