Papules on the neck of a Hispanic male patient caused by generalised eruptive histiocytoma (GEH). GEH is a rare condition characterised by the sudden onset of an eruption of benign (non-cancerous), non-itchy and non-painful papules, most often on the face, trunk and proximal limbs. The papules resolve spontaneously with time and do not cause scarring. GEH can occur at any age, but is more common in adults. The cause is not known.
