Copyright reform in the European Union (EU copyright reform); demonstration in Kochstrasse in front of the head office of Axel Springer SE. Protest against Article 12 of the reform; which stipulates that copyrighted works may only be uploaded on the Internet after approval by the rights holder. Providers must prevent protected works from being available in the future (upload filter) and are liable for violations.
