Aptly Named, One of the American "Sno-Cats," recently purchased by the Victorian State Electricity Commission, climbs a steep gradient on the Bogong High Plains. Powered by an eight-cylinder motor, they are being used for making inspections of power lines and works when the Alps are covered with deep snow.
