Among the presents featured are electric cleaning machines presented to the princess (rather gender specific) by the Directors and employees of Messrs. Hoover Ltd, a rather cumbersome looking electric washing machine from the people of Leamington Spa and a turkey bought by Miss Julie Aloro of the United States (a child) from her savings. At bottom left is a piece of crochet lace from Mahatma Gandhi, worked by the Indian leader himself.
