A robot with a sense of humor is Gygan a 9ft mechanical man at Olympia, London. Today he surprised Sandra Penders, 17, from Blackpool. Gygan who comes from Italy, is at Olympia to demonstrate his electronic powers at the British Food Fair, opening on Thursday (August 23) until September 11. The robot invented by Signor P Fiorite of Milan, weighs 1,250 pounds. He can walk, talk and carry out practically any order. 25 August 1958
