Skittles captain is wedding guest. Proudest couple in the little Wiltshire village of corsham today are 66-year-old Mr Jo Daymond, and his wife. For to them a Royal letter has come in fighting them to the marriage ceremony of HRH Princess Elizabeth and Lt Philip Mountbatten, R.N., at Westminster Abbey on. 20. November. Joe and Lt Mountbatten are old friends and on the skittles alley enemies. For Joe Captains the Moonrakers, skittles team which is many times done battle with the Firebrands-for home. Lt Mountbatten plays in Corsham's 'local', the Methuen Arms, and the popular young naval officers have often been a guest in the home of the Daymonds, over the little baker's shop.
