Stevens photographed in London before leaving for Rotterdam, Holland where they will spend a fortnight's holiday. They are the first Scouts to make a trip abroad since the outbreak of the war and under an exchange scheme. Dutch Scouts will be visiting the United Kingdom. 16 April 1946
