Harvard Glee Club honour British composer and conductor. This afternoon at the Holme, Bedford College for Women, Regent's Park, London, Dr Ralph Vaughan Williams, the composer, and Sir Adrian Boult, the conductor, were each presented with the Harvard Glee Club Medal for their 'outstanding contribution to choral music'. The presentation was made on behalf of the Glee Club by their conductor and arranger Professor G. Wallace Woodworth.
