At harvest time in Switzerland farmers relax after the crop is in by playing Hornussen or "farmer's tennis" , a game similar to American baseball in the stubble fields . Here a group of competitors throw their "shingles" , wide board-like objects, in an attempt to catch the ball or "hornuss" . 21st November 1965
