A vista of the new Croydon with the highest office block nearly completed. It has 22 storeys and houses on ground level the famous Greyhound Hotel which was demolished. In high St centre is Park Lane looking towards Wellesley Road and George Street. On the right is Ashcroft Theatre and Fairfield Halls now completed. Jan 24th 1964
