A sailing yacht manned by a crew of six young Germans has arrived at Southampton on the completion of a stage of a 30,000 miles voyage round the world which is expected to occupy two and a half or three years - the skipper is Captain H Grosche ( the youngest Master Mariner in Germany ) - he is only 25 - the purpose of the trip is said to be to visit German people in all countries and to acquaint them with the position of Germany at the present time - after calling at 50 ports the vessell will return to Germany from New York - photo shows the crew cheering aboard their yacht at Southampton - Captain Grosche is third from left March 30th 1934
