New York: The Spanish Ambassador, Senor Jose De Lequerica addressing the General Assembly in New York yesterday in rply to Soviet Premier Khruschev's attackon General Franco. Mr Khruschev was involved in another angry scene at yesterday's session, when in ja fist-waving, table-thujmping performance, he demanded the admission of Communist China to Uno, attacked Mr Hammarskjold, the United Nations Secretary General, and called General Franco the Spanish "Hangman". 2 October 1960
