The Much Discussed Naval "Incident": H.M.S. "Royal Oak." : is of the "Royal Soverign" class all of whose units are fitted as flag-ships. She was laid down in January 1914, and completed in May 1916. In 1922-24 she was refitted. 24 March 1928
