The car illustrated is a Four Door Sports Saloon with coachwork by H J Muliner & Co Ltd, which incorporates a wireless set, heater, folding tables, etc. The original Bentleys were either racing cars or open tourers, and even today, carrying their heavy luxury coachwork, they are capable of nearly 100mph. This accounts for the Bentley being known as "The Silent Sports Car".
