Peter Osgood - Chelsea footballer Switched back to a striker role last season after previously playing in midfield, Osgood hit top form last season, and challenged strongly for international recognition. Already capped for the Under-23s, he signed professionally in September 1964, but broke his right leg in a League Cup tie at Blackpool two years later. He is now fully recovered and back to his best form.
