New Dean of Westminster. The right Rev Paul Fulcrand Delacour de Labilliere, Bishop Suffragan of Knaresborough, Archdeacon of Leeds and rector of Methley, has been appointed Dean of Westminster, in succession to the late Dr William Foxley Norris. The new Dean, who is 58, will receive a salary of 瞿3000 a year.
