Four VC's at Ypres commemoration parade on the Horse Guards. Four VC's attended the 17th anniversary commemoration parade of the Ypres league on Horse Guards Parade. They were Sgt O'Brooks, V C, Cpl A Wilcox, VC, Mr W. B. Boulter, VC , and Mr Michael O'Leary VC, Lady Plumer, deputising for Princess Beatrice, laid the Ypres Leagues wreath on the Cenotaph.
