Wife and mother of Russia's "Flying Family" taught husband to fly. Baby is next on the list. With a flying record of 1,500 hours in nine years, 27-year-old Valentina taught her husband, V. A. Sokolov, to fly. She was an instructor at the aviation school at which Sokolov was a pupil and prepared him for his first solo flight. Now he is a Soviet military bombing pilot. They have a small son, whom they have named Sokol, "Falcon", and he is also to be an airman. Valentina was last year given a premier award as one of the Soviet's best civil pilots.
