International delegates to world sugar conference in London . Twenty two countries are represented at the International Sugar Conference summoned by the League of Nations which has opened at the Locarno Room at the Foreign Office , London . The object of the conference is to consider the possibility of an international agreement to regulate the production and marketing of sugar .
