Miss Brenda Dean Paul , the 24 year old daughter of Sir Aubrey Dean Paul , appeared at Marlborough Street Police Court , London , in answer to a summons alleging that she had broken the conditions upon which she was bound over in connection with a prosection under the Dangerous Drugs ( Consolidation ) Regulations of 1929 . Miss Dean Paul was bound over in December 1931 for three years , one of the conditions being that she she should reside in a home where she would obtain treatment . Later this condition was modified and she was ordered to live in a doctor ' s house . the doctor , Dr Fleming appeared at court . Dr Fleming ( bareheaded ) after attending court . 15 July 1932
