Iron precipitation. Experiment showing the formation of a precipitate of an iron (II) salt. When sodium hydroxide is added to a solution of iron (III) chloride (L) a precipitate of an insoluble salt is formed in a reaction. (R). The result is solid iron iii hydroxide in a solution of sodium chloride.
