FISH analysis of INI. Two genomic non commercial probes were used in this FISH analysis: BAC 71G19 including the INI gene and labeled with SpectrumOrange and BAC 262A23, a control gene (also on chromosome 22) labeled with SpectrumGreen. The epitheliod sarcoma paraffin embedded specimen, revealed in a percentage of cells the complete loss of INI visualized by the presence, alone, of the green signal and loss of both the red signals. On the contrary, some cells retained both the INI and control gene and showed red and green signals.
