MODEL RELEASED. AIDS chemotherapy. A male patient suffering from AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) receives chemotherapy from a district nurse. The nurse is injecting a syringe filled with anti-cancer drugs into a tube that is permanently attached to the patient's chest. On the man's face are dark lesions caused by Kaposi's sarcoma, a rare cancerous skin tumour found in 20% of all male AIDS patients.
